What better way to start a web page about legal technology services than with a disclaimer.

The legal services industry, believe it or not, is one of our in-house favorites.  Once TenacIT gets passed the contract negotiations and legal definitions and of course the not so subtle consequences of failure, it really is a unique and challenging industry.  It seems like lawyers have their own language.  Lawyers almost possess the ability to alter definitions and perspectives on the common English language and modify the meaning of a single sentence with a comma.  It truly is fascinating to us.

That said, Lawyers, and law firms in general, are not without their challenges.  Cases can involve millions of complex documents. Even the best lawyers are susceptible to fatigue and culling through that volume of documents effectively, with a 0% failure rate is nearly impossible.  Add to that the challenges of a partially remote work force, the need for a central repository of case information and a desire to maximize profits.  Ironically, none of these challenges are unique.  The stakes are just higher for a law firm.  The consequences more severe for their clients.

So TenacIT has come up with a series of services and solutions that we propose to any law firm.
