We are security Zealots, and do more than just install some anti-virus onto your computers.  As part of your company’s on-boarding, we will evaluate each computer and piece of equipment to ensure we are starting our relationship off in a secure way.  That evaluation includes:

• Modification of user permissions
• Confirmation that all software versions are up to date
• Confirmation that the latest Microsoft patches are applied
• Confirmation that the latest firmware versions are applied
• Confirmation that a licensed anti-virus has been installed and updated
• Confirmation that a comprehensive virus scan has been completed with zero findings

ABSOLUTELY!!!  This training is conducted at the beginning of the on-boarding process and is administered annually there after at no charge.  We are always happy to provide the course for new employees or if your team just needs a refresher.  We want all of our clients to help us, help them.

Certainly.  For small businesses, an itemized list of services for our small business clients (see above) is provided and a determination of hours is discussed to ensure we are right sized for your organizational needs.

For Mid-Sized businesses, we customize the services you desire based on the capabilities of your existing IT staff, project requirements and functional need.  A customized proposal will be provided for approval.

We provide a simple and secure solution for the systems and tools that we provide.  The details are discussed once we evaluate your businesses needs.  That said we typically opt for the most secure multi-factor authentication not just for our tools, but for your entire organization.

At TenacIT we have an internal process for change management which is a little more rigorous than our clients are willing to tolerate on their own systems, simply from a cost perspective. 

What we provide for our clients is a list of services that need to be performed.  The details of what changes will occur, duration of downtime (if any), users affected, and fail back process are included.  Those changes, if approved, will be conducted when it is best suited for our client unless an emergency requires immediate action.

We are primarily a Microsoft shop, so our technician certifications are maintained for relevance.  We actually prefer to higher technicians that have been though the trenches and come out the other side hardened by experience, with scars to prove it.  So certification for us, are more or less a formality that shows they know their stuff.

Advanced.  Our account managers really are server administrators who have an aptitude and willingness to speak in common tongue.  Not many of our clients speak fluent Nerd, so we need our client liaisons to be both fluent in Geek and English.
