All candidates entering the TenacIT franchise process will submit the same initial online application. If selected to progress through additional tiers of the application process, you will be required to submit information about your previous work experience, leadership, financial health, and references. Applications are processed and prioritized based on need in growth markets and areas where TenacIT can make the best impact. Candidates may indicate a geographical preference during the advanced application process and preferably will have personal connections to the community they hope to serve.

If however your application is not accepted, a representative will contact you to let you know the circumstances of the denial and to determine if there are any opportunities where we may be able to work together in the future as partners.  Unfortunately, many applications do not advance beyond this initial application stage, but many are trusted partners that we subcontract out to when we need local support in the area.
