There is a lot at stake for TenacIT in offering franchise opportunities and that’s why we take great care in selecting who we go into business with. We spend time getting to know candidates through our intensive and lengthy selection process.
Franchisees spend their time and resources to build the TenacIT brand and TenacIT reciprocates by providing the resources needed to grow beyond their current capabilities and service offerings.
Franchising is not an opportunity for passive financial investment, working from the sidelines, or adding to a portfolio of business ventures. This business opportunity is a hands-on investment. It often requires long hours, leading a team of talented, but young, hourly-paid employees. It’s hard work – but it’s exceedingly rewarding.
Joining TenacIT is not like joining a club. This is first and foremost a for-profit business with all the financial obligations of any business. While operating a TenacIT franchise requires a relatively modest $100,000* initial financial commitment, it requires a holistic commitment to own and operate the business in a hands-on manner. More to the point, it requires a time commitment not only to build your current business, but to help manage and assist the organization as a whole. You are not just building your business, you are helping to build THE business.
*Initial financial commitment requirements are determined during the selection process and based on the applicants actual capabilities and needs. More established businesses may be exempt from the initial financial commitment and some less established businesses may require to put more skin in the game.
We are in the Technology Services Industry…emphasis on TECHNOLOGY. TenacIT franchisees must possess a wealth of technical knowledge and a willingness to help ANY customer at ANY time. TenacIT has built a reputation for providing exceptional enterprise class service and support and we expect all of our employees and franchisees to exemplify that.
